We are a fun, social and non-competitive running group for Ladies.
The Beginners sessions are aimed at ladies new to running or ladies that are returning to running after a long break. The sessions have a walk/run element to slowly improve fitness over time.
Improver sessions are for ladies that can already comfortably run a minimum of 5K and want to do more. The improver sessions focus on building strength and endurance, mixing up running with interval training.
