About The Sessions

Beginners

           
  • The Beginners Session: is aimed at ladies that want to start running or ladies returning to running after a long break.  The sessions will have a walk/run element to slowly improve fitness over time.  The sessions will generally consist of a warm-up, main session, a game, cool down and stretches.
     

  • Session Times: Thursday evening 7-8pm
     

  • Meeting Point: Busy Bees car park, O'Gorman Avenue, Farnborough Business Park

Improvers

  • The Improvers Session: if you can already run at least 5K comfortably and want to do more, the Improver Class is for you. The course will focus on building strength and endurance, mixing up running with interval training. The sessions will generally consist of a warm-up, main session mixing running with strength/endurance training, cool down and stretch.
     

  • Session Times: Thursday evening 8.00-9.00pm
     

  • Meeting Point: Busy Bees car park, O'Gorman Avenue, Farnborough Business Park
