TB Circuits!

Last night TB Runners descended upon TB Runners HQ for a special circuit training session!
TB runners were treated to a fantastic all body work out with everybody completing 9 different activities....not once, but twice!
The activities included rowing, weight training, squats, push up, tricep dips, oh and a little bit of hopscotch thrown in too! Once everybody had completed the 9 activities they were tasked with a 'tough minute'. As if the previous 9 activities weren't tough!
The 'tough minute' certainly deserves its title with everybody completing a minute of jumping and then a minute of our old favourite....the burpee!!
Anybody aching this morning?!
