1-2, Miss a few, 99-100!

Despite the rain on Thursday, TB Runners donned their running gear and enjoyed some hill training. The car park is the perfect location to shelter from the rain while running up those car park ramps! Following the hill runs we spent some time working on strengthening our core, hips and glutes. We were challenged to four sets of various glute, hip and core exercises, although I'm sure it was more like 5 sets. Counting at TB runners is always rather interesting as is the conversation - never a dull moment! To finish off, we did our all important stretches. Might be a few sore bottoms after that workout!
